Scum gives their highest card to the President and the President does not have to trade cards if they do not want to. On the next hand players may move around, President at the head and Vice President to the left (and so on in order) or simply play in the order of rank from original seats. This player becomes the ‘scum’ in the next round. However, the game does not end once there is a new (or first) President the game continues until there is a single player left with cards in their hand. Then the next person to empty their hand becomes vice president and so on and so forth. Whoever runs out of cards first is the winner and becomes President in the next round. END OF GAME If for example, Player C had no more cards, the next player in the rotation would begin (Player D). If scoring, this position receives two points. The player who won the previous round (regardless of the number of players) becomes the president.
